The Three Instruments
Read together, never as isolated numbers.
One Infrastructure, Three Questions
One diagnostic infrastructure, three questions. The first establishes what is driving a person, the second establishes how that person turns thinking into action, and the third establishes whether they are fitted to a particular commercial function. They are read together, not as isolated numbers.
Internal Condition
What may be driving the person, established through the FBI Virus Audit.
Decision Behaviour
How that person turns thought into action, measured by the Dzungu Index.
Functional Fit
Whether they are fitted to the role in question, where a commercial role is being considered.
All three are free to take and take a few minutes each. Nothing you enter is stored against you, and the result belongs to you. What follows a result, where a result calls for it, is an engagement.
The FBI Virus Audit
Core question: How far has this gone, and which parts of your life has it reached?
The FBI Virus Audit asks the first and most fundamental question: what is driving the person?
It examines fear, bitterness and insecurity through observable behaviour rather than by asking people how they feel. It establishes how far these forces have entered a person's conduct, which areas of life they are affecting, and whether the same pattern is following the individual from one environment to another.
The instrument deliberately separates a pattern carried by the person from difficulties that genuinely belonged to a particular situation. It reads behaviour in the ordinary areas of a life: personal conduct, money, close relationships, work, and whatever the person is trying to build.
The Dzungu Index
Core question: How far ahead of your thinking did you act?
The Dzungu Index asks the second question: how is the person thinking before acting?
It measures a decision episode rather than attempting to label the whole person. Dzungu is the gap between the speed of an action and the thinking, preparation, sequencing and learning that the action actually required.
Its twelve dimensions are thinking-through depth, premature action, information sufficiency, process discipline, sequence discipline, consequence awareness, rehearsal and preparation discipline, correction load, decision reversal, urgency justification, speed benefit, and learning integration and repeat failure.
The Sales Fit Audit
Core question: Is this person appropriately fitted to this particular commercial function?
The Sales Fit Audit asks a narrower third question, and only where a commercial role is the thing under examination.
It reads selling aptitude, behavioural wiring, hunter or farmer orientation, and the effect of fear, bitterness and insecurity on a person's ability to function in self-directed selling. It moves past whether somebody is a good person or whether they interview well, and asks whether their actual behavioural configuration fits the demands of commission selling.
The answer it produces is a decision: recruit, develop, reposition or pass. It is not compulsory for everybody. The first two instruments have much wider application, and Sales Fit is deployed where the function being examined involves sales, business development, fundraising or commercial outreach.
A Reading Is Not An Intervention
A score tells you where you are. The work is what changes it. The FBI framework moves into the guided programme, the Dzungu framework into Dedzungurization run by qualified clinical and behavioural psychologists representing the Foundation, and Sales Fit into development, coaching, recruitment or role placement. Write to us with your result and we will tell you what the next step involves.
