The Sales Fit Audit

Thirty questions · About eight minutes

There are no wrong answers and there is no pass mark. It is a fit read, not an exam.

Answer honestly, not cleverly

This is not a test you can pass by working out what the right answer sounds like. Every statement is about how you actually behave, not how you would like to behave, and the read is only worth having if the answers are true. Nobody is marking you.

What it is reading

Four things at once, and you will not see them separated out: whether you can carry yourself through the work of selling, how you are wired and which personality type that makes you, whether you hunt for new business or tend what you already have, and what fear, bitterness and insecurity are costing you while you work. The last of those is what ends most commission careers.

The audit

When You Are Ready

Set aside eight uninterrupted minutes. One question at a time, three answers to choose from, and you can go back. Every answer sounds reasonable, which is the point: there is no obviously right one to lean toward. At the end you give your details so the result can reach you.

First, the only rule

There are no wrong answers. Thirty situations a self-led seller actually lives through - a tight month, a call you are dreading, a customer who owes you, a free afternoon. Three respectable answers each time. Pick the one closest to the truth and keep moving, because the first answer is usually the honest one.

What happens with it

Straight, Both Ways

You answer the thirty questions and enter your name, email, number, age group and the kind of work you are testing yourself for. Your result is worked out immediately and shown to you in plain language, with what you are strong at and the one thing worth pushing yourself on. You can save your own copy.

A copy goes to Kufunga Foundation at the same time, with your scores on it. That is how the Foundation knows who is asking and what kind of help would actually be useful. Your details are used for that and for nothing else.

If You Want Help With It

A fit read tells you where you stand today, not where you have to stay. If the audit has named something you want to work on, say so and we will tell you what the Foundation can do about it.
